Denis Masetti

Denis Masetti, born in Bologna, degree in economics, is the publisher of Blue Financial Communication. Active in the financial and advertorial sector and since 1981, he has held various roles and developed numerous business ventures. He directed Arte & Investmento, published by Finarte Edizioni of Milan, before becoming managing director of Campus and commercial director of Class Editori. In 1995 he founded Blue Financial Communication, where he became president. With BFC, in 1997, he launched the site, followed by various publications: Hedge, Advisor, Soldi and Bluerating. He also contributed to the creation and management of the weekly Bloomberg Investimenti, where he was a partner and member of the board. Moreover, he was managing director and shareholder of Fida (Finance and Data Analysis), a leader in Italy in the management and analysis of financial products. Journalist and author since 1993, he has also written the following books: Index-linked and unit-linked, the insurance policies that invest in the stock market – 1997 published by Sperling & Kupfer; Finance online, Internet and finance at the turn of 2000 – 1999 Editions Fag; Hedge funds, a resource for investors – 2003, published by Wiley Finance, London.

Alessandro Rossi

Alessandro Rossi , born in Siena, is the managing editor of Bluerating and editor in chief of For over 12 years he has held various positions with the Class Group up to editor in chief at Milano Finanza and MF. He has also worked in the economics department of the leading Italian daily La Repubblica and he founded and directed Bloomberg Investimenti. He has worked in major economic and financial publications, like the daily Italia Oggi, the weekly Panorama Economy and the daily newspaper Finanza & Mercati. In digital publishing, he founded and directed the site He has been a professional journalist since 1983.

Andrea Giacobino

Andrea Giacobino, born in Milan, is the managing editor of Bluerating Advisory & Asset Management and of Private, the magazine of private banking. During his career he has worked in several national newspapers including Avvenire , MF – Milano Finanza and L’Informazione, and conducted financial monthlies such as Investire and Advisor. From 2007 to 2009 he was Deputy Director of Borsa & Finanza and Finanza & Mercati. He writes for various Italian and foreign magazines including L’Agefi , Il Mondo , Panorama and Il Sole 24 Ore. He has been a professional journalist since 1986.

Michele Gamba

Michele Gamba, born in Milan, is the Sales Manager of Blue Financial Communication. He began his career as a financial advisor for BNL Investimenti. In 2004 he started working with Blue Financial Communication as an analyst, then he served as head of marketing and sales for the editorial area. After an experience as marketing director for the monthly Advisor, since May 2013 he has held the position of advertising manager for Blue Financial Communication

Daniele Monarca

Daniele Monarca, born in Milan, is an independent director on the Board of Blue Financial Communication. He graduated from Bocconi University in business administration and since 1982 he has been a registered chartered accountant in Milan, where he is also registered with the Chamber of Financial Auditors. In his career he has held various positions on the boards of directors and boards of auditors of major companies such as Eurizon Capital Sgr, Greenvision Ambiente (listed in the Expandi segment). Previously he was a partner, co-founder and director of companies dealing with corporate finance, private equity advisory services and capital market services, as well as of consulting and brokerage SIM companies. He has engaged in extensive educational and training activities, and from 1984 to 2010 he taught accounting and budget management as an adjunct professor and was visiting lecturer in accounting at the University Luigi Bocconi of Milan

Federico Morgantini


Federico Morgantini is a member of the board of directors of Blue Financial Communication. After graduating in Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, he started his career in the information Technology and then became an entrepreneur. In 1998 he founded Sintetica, web agency that leveraged the first Internet boom. In 2002 he became a partner and marketing manager of MotoHP, a magazine dedicated to the world of motorcycles. In 2004 he moved to Shanghai where he opened the StudioMorgantioni, consulting to support the entry and development of Italian companies in Asia. In 2016 he joined Blue Financial Communication for which he manages the Gooruf project (based in London, Hong Kong and Milan) and holds the role of Correspondent from Asia for Forbes Italia. He is author of the book: Un italiano in Shanghai (Albatros, 2011).

Mario Basilico

Mario Basilico, born in Saronno, is the Chief Statutory Auditor of Blue Financial Communication. He graduated in law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and also earned a degree in Economics from the Università degli Studi eCampus, is a partner of InterProfessionale, a professional legal and Accountancy firm based in Saronno, where he is responsible for tax and national and international corporate law. In his professional career, among other things, he deals with the organization and start-up of SMEs and financial sector companies ( sim, mutual funds, trust companies and banks) and heads work teams for the establishment, start-up and management of supplementary pension funds for major financial groups and associations, and the balance sheets of brokerage firms, financial institutions and pension funds.

Giovanni Giuseppe Nucera

Giovanni Giuseppe Nucera, born in Reggio Calabria, is the statutory auditor of Blue Financial Communication. For years he has lived and worked in Lombardy. After graduating in Economics from the University of Messina he obtained a Master in Corporate Tax Law at Bocconi University, headed by Professor Vicktor Uckmar, following which he underwent extensive training including masters and postgraduate courses. Currently he holds the office of statutory auditor in different companies and organizations. Since January 2014 he has headed Studio Nucera & Partners, – tax, law & corporate advisors with headquarters in Milan, at Piazza del Duomo 16, and branch offices in Italy (Turin , Brescia , Genoa , Naples , Reggio Calabria) and abroad: Bratislava, London, Lugano, Nice, Madrid, Tel Aviv, Vancouver BC , Miami and Moscow.

Contardino Mangiarotti

Contardino Mangiaroti, born in Pavia, is statutory auditor of Blue Financial Communication. He graduated in Economics from the University of Pavia. He is registered in the Registry of Certified Accountants and Bookkeepers. During his career he has worked for prominent auditing firms, such as Coopers and Lybrand. He is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Milan where he was a member of the Committee on Corporate Oversight and is a member of the commissions on Tax Litigation and Banking, insurance and financial intermediaries.

Enrico Maria Torboli


Born in Milan, now 50 years old, graduated in business studies from the Bocconi, he entered the world of consumer goods at Nestle Italia where he went through the different steps of his sales and marketing career until becoming Head of Group Innovation and then Drinks Marketing Manager. From 2000 to 2010 he worked in the Lifestyle and Fashion publishing sector as Marketing Director or Group Publisher at De Agostini Rizzoli, Class Editori, Condé Nast, Rolling Stone Magazine and Hearst Magazines Italia. Scientific curator, mentor and professor for the undergraduate course of Fashion Marketing at the IED Moda Milano, he is a coach and consultant in sales and marketing. Since October 2017, he is the Marketing Director at Blue Financial Communication.

Oscar Giannino


Italian journalist and politician. As a journalist, he reports mainly on politics and finance. After having been involved in the Partito Repubblicano Italiano for several years, he became the leader of Fare per Fermare il Declino (FFD), an electoral list that expressed the opinion of the Fermare il Declino (Stopping the Decline) movement founded by himself alongside economists and intellectuals in the Summer of 2012.



Marco Barlassina

Graduated in Economics of Institutions and Financial Markets at the Bocconi University of Milan, he has been active as a professional journalist since 2007. Previously, he was editor in chief of the monthly magazine published by the F Savings & Investments produced by Brown Group Publisher and editorial coordinator of www.finanza. com, collaborating on the editorial development of the online publications and As part of Blue Financial Communication, he has led the production of iFinance, the international magazinen dedicated to Fintech and digital business, and handles the creation and management of services. Moreover he manages and coordinates the editorial teams of the news sites and Now he is in charge of and coordinates Asset Class.

Pieremilio Gadda

Born in Brescia, professional journalist, he is responsible for the editorial staff of the monthly magazine ForbesITALIA. He presents FAMILYoffice, a tv format dealing with services dedicated to high net worth individuals and families. He’s also a contributor for L’Economia, economic weekly of Corriere della Sera, and Milano Finanza. Chief editor of the magazine AdvisorPrivate from 2015 to 2017, in the past he wrote for L’Espresso, Il Mondo Il Messaggero, Capital, Patrimoni, Panorama, Mf e Wall Street Italia as well. He graduated in International Affaires from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, in Milan.

Luigi Dell’Olio

After graduating in Law, he entered the Institute for Education in Journalism in Milan, passing the exam as a professional journalist in 2006. Luigi reports on issues related to business and finance, the evolution of the business world as well as news related to savings and investment. As part of Blue Financial Communication’s team, he is responsible for coordinating the preparation of the monthly magazine Private and its website.

Michele Belingheri

Born in Lecco, is  Sales Manager at Blue Financial Communication. Always operating in media companies, he began his commercial career at Netweek SpA, the first local media circuit in Italy, first as a sales representative, then as area manager and finally as corporate client coordinator, institutions and media centers. He has been coordinating the sales of the BFC Video project since october 2018; since april 2019 he is also head of agencies and media centers and project manager for Forbes.

Vito Massafra

Born in Martina Franca (TA) in 1982, holding a degree in Marketing and New Media at LUMSA University and a Master in Marketing and Communication at Bocconi University. His working career begins in 2013 by 3M Spa, where he deals with digital marketing activities. His first collaboration in Blue Financial Communication is dated 2011 and for 3 years he follows marketing and sales projects. After an experience as Marketing Manager in ProfessioneFinanza, in 2017 he rejoined Blue Financial Communication; he is currently Project Manager for some digital as well as integrated communication projects with partners within the publishing house. Since November 2018 he is hosting the TV program “BlueAdvisor” every Friday on Reteconomy TV.

Daniele Tortoriello

Born in 1973, Ligurian by adoption, he graduated in Economics and Banking at the University of Siena. He has always been involved, for various reasons, in teaching and training on topics related to the financial markets: author of manuals and exercises for the preparation of examinations and evaluation tests, teacher in training courses, author of articles of a popular nature, supervisor of official tests.  In Blue Financial Communication group, as Director of the Academy, he follows the development of the Education Area through the design of training courses, the organization of videos and television programs of a training nature, the supervision of the contents of the websites and and the writing of articles for the various newspapers of the group.
